Our mission is to restore hope and dignity to women experiencing homelessness by reminding them they matter and reconnecting them with their “Inner Diva,” as well as to support and encourage women who are in transition from being homeless as they walk the path toward a self-sustaining life.
Founded by Nikki Gane — who has experienced homelessness— Dignity for Divas has distributed over 25,000 Diva Survival Kits since our first year of existence in 2012.
Our efforts have helped thousands have the confidence to apply for jobs, attain resources and get housing. We distribute our “Diva Survival Kits” once a month to various locations in Washington State. In addition to distributing our hygiene kits, we support several shelters and temporary housing facilities.
Our goal is to provide as much dignity to each person we approach regardless of their housing status.
“We are here to spark the inner DIVA in women experiencing homelessness”
